I am Stephan van Gelder
By now 56 years old, father of Yara and partner of Titia and love to get everything out of life and from the potential of myself and others in a conscious way.
In addition to 32 years of entrepreneurship, I was founder of Accelerator Netherlands, former president of the Entrepreneurs Organization, scale-up coach and mentor at NlGroeit, and worked in my previous company Integron for 100s of companies in the field of customer loyalty and employee engagement. The company I scaled, transferred and sold a large part to management.
I let entrepreneurs experience from which qualities they do business and which energy blocks them to grow towards freedom and independence. The basis is the Blueprint Scan. This scan shows why you are where you are.
This is the starting point of the 9-month Inner Journey Growth Program through which you grow, get out of surgery and work on the future and value of your business. As a result, you are less needed and can one day decide from freedom what you want with yourself and your business.
I was running up against my own limits both professionally and privately
I started a business with a companion at a young age. Young, rash and totally inexperienced we went about our business.
We built our company to a turnover of almost 4 million euros. We were tremendously proud. But it also meant that more and more challenges came our way.
Challenges that brought stress, sleepless nights and poor work-life balance.
In 2008, I ran into my own limits. Without going into too much detail, I reached a low point. My marriage foundered, my business partner wanted to quit, and my business almost slipped through my fingers.
At that moment I knew something had to change
And that's where my inner journey began. It was time to turn inward. I could write a book about all the years that followed. I'm not going to do that here; I'd rather explain it to you sometime in a personal conversation.
It caused me to grow so much personally that I was also able to grow my business and turn it over to 2 employees. My exit was thus a reality. Three years later I sold 2/3 of the company. With financial independence as a result.
Meanwhile, over the past few years I have guided more than 200 entrepreneurs to personal growth so that the business grows again, they need less and also make work of a free and independent life. And I can't wait to do the same for you.
