Survey of Entrepreneurial Happiness

In collaboration with Integron , I conducted research on Entrepreneurial Happiness. The survey was conducted among 250 entrepreneurs and shows the following results, among others:

  1. Happiness is lowest when an entrepreneur works alone and seeks staff (6.4) and increases when the team grows (6.9). Entrepreneurial happiness further increases when the entrepreneur is separate from the operation (7.7).
  2. Entrepreneurial happiness scores a 7.1 and has unprecedented potential. In fact, happiness perceptions may be 45% higher.
  3. 81% of entrepreneurs have a business that is not growing, 72% have headaches, stress and hassles, 62% are always on and 41% do not have a wonderful, carefree and fulfilled life.
