I start with you, not with your company

I believe in scaling yourself before you can scale your business. So in my journey, we also start with you. You have to go through a major transformation yourself before you can do the same with your business.

It's important to figure out what piece in you is keeping your business from growing. Why are you so needed? Why aren't you doing what you love? Why is your own growth stalling?

The Blueprint Scan is the first step that will give you insight. A number of years ago I filled this out for the first time and got answers to these questions.

And thus began my own transformation.

I am Stephan van Gelder

Father of Yara, partner of Titia, life expert and feeling person. And also: founder of Accelerator Netherlands, former president of the Entrepreneurs Organization, scale-up coach and mentor at NlGroeit.

I let entrepreneurs see, realize and feel from which energy and qualities they do business and which energy blocks them from growing. The basis is the Blueprint Scan. This scan shows where you are and why you are there. This is the starting point for your personal growth and that of the company. The 9 month Inner Journey Growth Program lets out what you feel deep inside that has been possible for some time.

I was running up against my own limits both professionally and privately

I started a business with a companion at a young age. Young, rash and totally inexperienced we went about our business.

We built our company to a turnover of almost 4 million euros. We were tremendously proud. But it also meant that more and more challenges came our way.

Challenges that brought stress, sleepless nights and poor work-life balance.

In 2008, I ran into my own limits. Without going into too much detail, I reached a low point. My marriage foundered, my business partner wanted to quit, and my business almost slipped through my fingers.

At that moment I knew something had to change

And that's where my inner journey began. It was time to turn inward. I could write a book about all the years that followed. I'm not going to do that here; I'd rather explain it to you sometime in a personal conversation.

It caused me to grow so much personally that I was also able to grow my business and turn it over to 2 employees. My exit was thus a reality. Three years later I sold 2/3 of the company. With financial independence as a result.

Meanwhile, over the past few years I have guided more than 200 entrepreneurs to personal growth so that the business grows again, they need less and also make work of a free and independent life. And I can't wait to do the same for you.
